An application seeking extension of time to deposit 20% of the
fine amount as was ordered vide order dated 29.08.2025 has been moved on
behalf of the appellant. The same is strongly opposed by the ld. counsel for
the respondent no. 2.
However, keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the
case, the same is allowed to the extent that the same be deposited within two
weeks from today, failing which, the orders on the point of suspension of
sentence shall stand vacated and respondent no. 2 shall be at liberty to
approach the ld. Trial Court for getting the sentence executed.
At joint request, put up for arguments on the next date of
hearing.
