The present appeal has been received from the Court
of Mr. Raj Kumar, Ld. ASJ-05, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi
pursuant to order dated 20.12.2024 of Ld. Principal District &
Session Judge (Headquarters).
From a perusal of the case record, it is observed that
the appellant has already deposited a sum of Rs. 21,800/- in
compliance of order dated 20.08.2024 of Ld. ASJ-05, Central,
Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi as demand drafts on 06.11.2024, which
demand draft is on record.
Vakalatnama filed, on behalf of the respondent by
Mr. Sachin Aggarwal, Ld. Counsel. Same is taken on record.
Ld. Counsel has submitted that he has received a
copy of the present appeal and that he desires to file a reply
thereof. Let the same be done, as prayed for within a period of
four weeks from today with a copy thereof to the other side.
In the interest of justice, list for reply and arguments
on 01.03.2025.
Interim order, if any, to continue till the next date of
hearing.
