An application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Order 22 Rule 4 CPC for bringing on record the LRs of deceased respondent no. 4 alongwith amended memo of parties. Ld. counsel for respondent nos. 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) submits that he wants to file reply to the aforesaid application of the petitioner. Respondent nos. 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) are directed to file the same within four weeks from today with advance copy to Ld. counsel for the petitioner. At request, issue notice of the aforesaid application to the proposed LRs of deceased respondent no. 4 on filing of PF/RC within a week from today. Put up for further proceedings on 01.06.2026.
