Report of publication of citation in English Newspaper 'The
Statesman' dated 02.10.2025 and Hindi Newspaper 'Veer Arjun' dated
08.10.2025 along with copies of aforesaid newspapers has already been
received. Besides, as per reports available on record, the notice has been duly
affixed on the notice board of the court as well as on the notice board of
concerned SDM(Kotwali) on 23.09.2025. Notice has also been served to
respondent no. 1 (SDM Kotwali) on 23.09.2025.
As per report of Ahlmad, notice of the petition has also been served
to respondents no. 2(a), 2(b), 2(c), 2(d), 3(a), 3(b), 3(c), respondents no. 4, 5 and
6.
Two separate valuation reports have been filed under the signature
of SDM Kotwali.
Ld. Counsel for the respondents no. 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) submits that
he is in the process of filing of reply/objections.
Respondents are directed to file the reply/objections within four
week from today with advance copy to Ld. Counsel for the petitioners.
