Appellant Sh. Aftab and Sh. Abdul Manan are in person
(through VC).
Sh. Wahaj Ahmad, ld. Counsel for respondent alongwith
respondent.
It is submitted by ld. Counsel for appellant that he has
deposited an amount of Rs. 15 lakhs in ld. Trial court in compliance of
order dated 23.12.2024 passed by Hon’ble High court. Copy of the order
of Trial court is placed on record. It is further submitted that NDOH in
Hon’ble High court is 26.02.2025 but the mediation proceedings have
been concluded and the matter could not be settled between the parties.
It is further submitted that there is no stay qua present
proceedings and present appeal be proceeded in accordance with the law.
It is submitted by both the counsel that two application one
seeking extension of time for deposition of fine amount and another
application seeking vacation of stay order dated 16.08.2024 & dismissal
of appeal for non compliance/non prosecution was pending for disposal
and same may be disposed off being infructuous.
In view of the submissions, both the application stands
disposed off being infructuous.
In view of submissions made, now to come up for
arguments on 26.04.2025.
