Report is perused with the assistance of AR of
complainant company and Ld. PP.
The SHO has filed the closure report in the FIR bearing
no. 319/19, PS Anand Parbat with submissions that in respect of
inspection carried out by employees of BSES company on
06.05.2019 at 09:00 am at the premises of accused Suresh bearing
no. 279, Ground Floor, Gali No. 8, Nehru Nagar near Zakhira
Flyover, Delhi-8, FIR bearing no. 306/19 was already registered and
after completion of investigations in the said FIR, chargesheet has
been filed before the court which is pending for consideration.
Upon considering the facts, report of files of both cases
and submissions, the final report filed before the court is accepted as
two cases cannot be tried simultaneously in respect of one offence.
File be consigned to Record Room after due
compliance.
