A@N.
In terms of previous order dated 31.08.2026, written
clarification/reply dated/signed 05.09.2026 has been furnished by
the IO.
IO submits that the actual date of birth of
applicant/accused ‘A@N’ is 06.12.2007 and that inadvertently
date of birth was mentioned as 01.08.2008 in the supplementary
chargesheet.
Copy of reply has been supplied to Ld. Counsel for
applicant/accused.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for accused submits that
he is not disputing the fact that date of birth of ‘A@N’ is
06.12.2007 as was observed by JJB-I, Sewa Kutir Complex,
Kingsway Camp, Delhi
vide order dated 10.04.2026.
At this stage, after brief submissions, Ld. Counsel
for accused submits that he seeks to withdraw the present
application.

qua withdrawal
has been made by Ld. Counsel for accused, on the bail
application as well.
In view of the foregoing, the application bearing I.A.

dismissed as withdrawn.
Accordingly, bail application is
disposed off.
