However, copy of the same has been supplied to the revisionist only as on
date in the court.
Ld. Counsel for the resondent no. 2 states that copy of the reply
was already sent to the revisionist on the email address. Be that as it may.
Ld. Counsel for the revisionist states that after going through the
reply which has been received by him as on date only, he would address the
arguments in the present revision petition on the next date.
At the request of the ld. Counsel for the revisionist, now to come
up for arguments in the present revision petition on 31.07.2025.
TCR be sent back to the ld. Trial court and the same be
summoned again at least two days prior to the next date.
