17 CPC seeking amendment in the amount of damages. Initially,
the plaintiff has claimed damages of Rs. 2.5 lac and now wants to
enhance the damages to Rs. 3 lacs. The proposed amendment
shall not change the nature of the suit and even summons have
not yet been issued to the defendant and no prejudice shall be
caused to the defendant. The application is allowed. The
Amended plaint filed along with the application be taken on
record.

Valuation of the suit for the purpose of court fee and
jurisdiction as per the para 21 of the plaint is Rs. 130 for the
relief of permanent injunction and Rs. 2,50,000/- for the purpose
of damages. The same is below the minimum jurisdiction of this
court i.e. Rs. 3,00,000/-.
Let the file be placed before the Ld. Principal
District & Sessions Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, on
