present matter, revisionist has been convicted in the month of
March, 2026. This is a revision against the order dated
05.07.2025 whereby the Ld. Trial Court had declined to send the
cheque in question to FSL. Needless to mention that the interim
order merges with the final order.
Present revision has become infructuous and same
stands dismissed.
