Present : Sh. Parmeet Singh, Ld. Counsel for the DH through
VC.
Since the matter was fixed for further proceedings.
On perusal of record, it is revealed that transfer
certificate in the name of DH had been issued to the court of Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge, Varanasi (UP), which was
given dasti to the Ld. Counsel for the DH.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the DH submits that
the dasti transfer certificate has not been accepted by the court of
Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, Varanasi (UP). He
further submits that the transfer certificate issued dasti has been
filed alongwith the present application. Heard.
Keeping in view the submissions made and the facts
stated in the application, nazir of the court is directed to send the
transfer certificate, certificate of order sending decree for
execution of another court and certificate of non-satisfaction of
decree to the court of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge,
Varanasi (UP) alongwith copy of this order.
This misc. file be tagged with the main file and main
file be consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
