IO has sought some more time for filing supplementary charge-
sheet pertaining to the Cyber Foreinsic Division, FSL. Allowed.
At the same time, IO has apprised the Court that investigation
qua one of the accused namely Mohd. Razak @ Salman is pending as the said
accused has absconded.
Sometime has been sought for filing report qua the said accused
also. Allowed.
To come up on 20.08.2026.
In view of the fact that one of the accused is in JC, IO is
directed to ensure that priority letter is sent to Director, FSL through
Senior Police Officer for purpose of expediting preparation of FSL
Report.
Copy of the order be given dasti to IO.
