Having regard to the overall facts and circumstances
of the case and the material available on the record, the accused
is admitted to bail subject to furnishing bail bond in the sum of
Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Bail application
disposed off accordingly.
Personal bond furnished and accepted till the next
date of hearing with direction to file surety bond within two
weeks.
