Matter is taken up today as 25.11.2025 was declared holiday
on account of 350th Anniversary of ‘Guru Teg Bahadur’s Matyrdom Day’
(Proceedings are taken up through Hybrid Mode i.e Physical as well as VC)
Vide separate order of even date, dictated and pronounced in
the open Court, the application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the
Applicant Rashmi Tiwari praying for her impleadment as a necessary and
proper party stands allowed.
The CS (Comm) 841/2025 stands restored to its original
number.
Present misc. case file stands disposed off and be clubbed with
CS (Comm) no. 841/2025.
The Respondents (
plaintiffs in the said suit) are hereby directed
to file amended memo of parties after the impleadment of the Applicant as
Defendant. The application of applicant stands disposed off accordingly.
The applicant
(arrayed as Defendant) is directed to file written
statement within 30 days with advance copy to the other side.
Rest of the reliefs prayed by the applicant in the application
shall be taken up on next date of hearing.
Put up for compliance as above on 07.01.2026.
