present.
An exemption application has been filed on
behalf of accused on the ground that the accused is unable to
come today as he is admitted in hospital. It is further
submitted by the Ld. Counsel for the accused he has no
objection if evidence is recorded and he is not disputing the
identity of the accused.
In the interest of justice and considering the
submissions and averments made in the application,
exemption is allowed for today only with a direction to the
accused to appear in person positively on the next date of
hearing.
Sh. Vinit Singh, Assistant Manager is examined
in chief as PW1 and his cross-examination is deferred at the
request of Ld. Counsel for the accused.
At request, put up for cross-examination of PW1
and further PE on 11.12.2026.
