As per the endorsement made by Ahlmad on the
previous ordersheet, respondents no. 2 and 3 have not been
served and as per the report of the process server no such person
resides at the given address.
Ld. counsel for the respondent no. 1 undertakes to
supply fresh address/correct address of respondents no. 2 and 3 to
Plaintiff within a period of one week from today.
Plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps for
service of summons upon respondents no. 2 and 3.
Respondent no. 1 submits that he has not been
supplied with the complete set of documents. Plaintiff undertakes
to supply copy of the same to respondent no. 1 within a period of
one week from today.
Reply, if any, to be filed within a period of three
weeks from today with advance copy to the opposite side against
acknowledgment.
Re-list on 13.10.2025. Date is given as per
convenience of both the counsels.
