Mohd. Anwar Aman and Sh. Vikas Singh Chauhan along
with petitioner in person.
Respondent no.1 is State.
None for other respondents.
Publication of citation is duly effected.
Sh. Rahul, MTS on behalf of SDM Civil Lines. However,
valuation report has not been filed. Petitioner is directed to provide
assistance to the concerned official so that the valuation report can be filed on
the NDOH.
Respondent no.4 has been duly served as he has appeared in
person. As regards the respondents no.2 and 3, the process sent to them has
not been received back. Petitioner is directed to whatsapp numbers/email ID
of the respondents no.2 and 3 in the form of an affidavit along with PF so that
the service can be effected upon them through digital mode.
It is also submitted that one case bearing CS DJ No.429/2023
titled as
“Rajesh vs Anoop Agnihotari and Ors.” between the parties is listed
before the Court of Ld. DJ-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and
the same is listed before the said Court on 29.01.2026. It is requested that
permission may be granted for service upon the respondents no.2 and 3
before the said Court also. In view of the submissions made, permission is
granted. Let service be effected before the concerned Court on filing of PF
and noting to this effect be made on the process.
