2 and 3 who states that main counsel for the respondent no. 2 and 3 is
not available as on date as he is busy before the Hon’ble High Court of
Delhi.
Request for adjournment is strongly opposed by the ld.
Counsel fo the appellant.
Perusal of the last ordersheet dated 18.05.2024 reveals that
on the very same ground that the main counsel for the respondent was
busy in Patiala House Courts, Delhi, the matter was adjourned for
today.
In these circumstances, though respondent no. 2 and 3 do
not deserve any leniency, yet, in the interest of justice, final opportunity
is granted to the respondents to address the arguments in the present
revision petition positively on the next date failing which no further
opportunity shall be given in any of the circumstances.
Now to come up for arguments in the present appeal on
23.10.2024.
TCR be sent back to the ld. Trial court and the same be
summoned again at least two days prior to the next date.
