unserved with report that he is not residing at the given address. Hence,
plaintiff is directed to furnish current correct address of D-1 for issuing
summons afresh on filing PF.
2. WS and application under Order VIII rule 1 r/w Sec.151
CPC and Sec.5 of Limitation Act,1963 seeking condonation of delay
in filing the WS; reply to the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2
r/w Sec.151 CPC, application under Order XXXIX Rule 4 r/w Sec.151
CPC for vacation of the ex-parte ad-interim order dated 12.06.2026 on
account of non-compliance of Order XXXIX Rule 3 CPC and list of
documents alongwith documents and vakalatnama are filed on behalf
of defendant no.2 alongwith extra copy for the opposite party.
