Ld. Proxy Counsel for the revisionist has briefed this Court facts of the present case and grounds of filing the present revision. Heard. Perused. Copy of the present revision petition and application annexed therewith has been supplied to Naib Court for Ld. Addl. PP for the State. Further, issue notice of the petition and application, annexed therewith, to respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 on PF, through registered post, approved courier, Whatsapp and e-mail for the next date of hearing.
