SI Dinesh Kumar who is present on behalf of IO /
Inspector Nishant Dahiya submits that accused Virender Singh
Baisoya has not been produced on production warrants issued by
this Court. He moves an application for issuance of production
warrants again.
Heard. The application stands allowed. Issue fresh
production warrants qua accused Virender Singh Baisoya for his
production before this Court on 10.09.2026.
It is submitted by Ld. counsel for accused Amit
Kumar, Brijesh Kothia, Ashwin Ramani and Vijay Bhesania that
all the documents supplied to them are complete.
An application under Section 207 Cr.PC/Section 230
BNSS, 2023 is filed by accused Ritik Bajaj. Copy supplied to
State. The documents mentioned in the said application be
supplied to accused Ritik Bajaj on or before next date of hearing.
It is submitted by SI Dinesh Kumar that FSL result

of mobile phones, voice sample(s), 02 DVRs and sample of raw
material seized from Aavkar Drugs Pvt. Ltd, Plot No.3708,
GIDC Estate, Ankleshwar, District Bharuch, Gujarat, are yet to
be received and priority letters to Director, FSL have already
been sent in this regard.
IO is directed to make sincere efforts, obtain the
FSL results and file the same before this court on next date of
hearing.
It is further submitted by SI Dinesh Kumar that he is
not fully aware about the suspension of RCN and LOC qua
accused Rishabh Baisoya for the limited purpose to enable him to
travel and enter India and IO will apprise the court in this regard
on the next date of hearing.
Report from the Jail Superintendent concerned in
respect of accused Jackson has already been received. The report
mentions that accused Jackson is being treated in Psychiatric
OPD and his condition is stable. He is being provided with
necessary medication.
IO is directed to apprise the progress about the
investigation / supplementary chargesheet qua accused Mayank
Jain and Anchit Jain on next date of hearing.
