Report perused. Bail Bonds are further accepted.
Ld. Special PP for the state submits that the voice
samples of accused Ritik Bajaj are to be taken on 27.02.2026 at FSL
Rohini. He also submit that the FSL result qua substance recovered
from Ramesh Nagar i.e. 208 Kg. Mephedrone has been received and
supplementary charge-sheet will be filed in due course. Hence,
adjournment is requested.
Mr. Ranjay Kumar Dubey, Ld. counsel for accused
Himanshu Kumar and Aurangzeb Sidduqui has objected to the
adjournment.
However, in the interest of justice, adjournment is
granted.
At request, be put up for arguments/ framing of charge
on 27.03.2026.
At this stage, Reader has put a letter received from
Umera Bano, daughter of accused A. Safi to grant bail to the said
accused.
On bare perusal o fthe application, it is observed that the
present application is without any vakalatnama or signature of the
applicant/ accused. Therefore, present application is disposed of as
dismissed. The said accused may move an appropriate application
through proper channel with proper signatures or vakalatnama or
through Parokar, as per rules.
All pending applications in this case shall be heard on
the date fixed i.e. 27.03.2026.
