Today, the matter is fixed for orders.
The arguments addressed and considered.
On 22.12.2025, Ld. Counsel for applicant/accused
had argued to the effect that the applicant/accused is suffering
with serious ailments i.e. Hypertension/ Type-II Diabetes
Mellitus/ Dyslipedemia and 07 stents.
On 23.12.2025, he further argued that the
applicant/accused is suffering with Hypertension,
Hypercholesterolaemia and Diabetes, applicant/accused had
received cardiac arrest and 04 stents were put inside his body in
the year 2021 and thereafter, he faced another cardiac arrest and
03 stents were put in his body in the year 2022.
They further argued that applicant/ accused is having
recurring episode of blackouts and seizures and there is bleeding
from his rectal.
According to them, requisite treatment is not being
provided to the applicant/ accused at Jail. However, as per
medical report received from Jail, there is no reference to the
ailments i.e. having recurring episode of blackouts and seizures
and bleeding from his rectal. Therefore, issue fresh notice to Jail

Superintendent to file fresh medical status report of
applicant/accused regarding his all ailments and as to what
treatment is being provided to him for said ailments and whether
the treatment can be done from Jail and in how much period,
returnable on 26.12.2025.
