Submissions heard and the chargesheet perused.
Considering the submissions of the IO that there is a
recovery of around 771 kgs 96 grams mixture of cocaine and
Mephedrone and apart from the same, there is also recovery of 518
kgs of Mephedrone and there is also recovery of 39.706 kgs.of
Hydroponic ganja. Since there is very huge quantity of recovery in the
present matter from the accused persons and there is also criminal
conspiracy alleged against all the accused persons and there is also
funding of crores of Rupees from foreign country by the kingpin of
the international drug mafiya through Hawala transaction etc.for drug
trafficking and as per the account placed on record in chargesheet
there is funding of Rs.73 lacs approximately for the said drug
trafficking. Further, 2-3 Sham Companies in India have been opened
in the name of rikshaw pullers as directors for manufacturing the said
drugs. Further, there is allegations of destruction of evidence by two
accused persons with intention of screening themselves. Also, in the
present case, five accused persons are still Proclaimed Offenders.
Hence, I take cognizance of the offence u/s
20/21/22/25/27A/29 NDPS Act r/w Section 238/209 BNS.
Copy of chargesheet supplied to all the accused present
free of cost under section 230 BNSS.
Put up for argument on charge for the NDOH.
Re-notify on 25.09.2025.
IO is directed to file the further FSL report on the
NDOH.
IO is bound down for 25.09.2025.
