Report of Jail Superintendent concerned has been received
seeking production of accused Jitender Singh Gill @ Jassi through VC on
medical ground.
Ld. Special PP for state submits that SLP No. 17551/2026 filed
by accused Bharat Kumar before the Hon’ble Suprme Court has been dismissed
vide order dated 24.09.2026. Copy of said order dated 24.09.2026 has been
filed on record.
It is submitted that supplementary charge-sheet qua the accused
persons namely Anchit Jain and Mayank Jain will be filed within a week.
Further, supplementary charge-sheet qua accused persons namely
Virender Baisoya and Rishabh Baisoya will be filed at the earliest.
IO is also directed to make efforts to expedite the FSL result of
mobile phones, voice sample(s), 02 DVRs and sample of raw material seized
from Aavkar Drugs Pvt. Ltd., Plot No. 3708, GIDC Estate, Ankleshwar, District
Bharuch, Gujarat and file the same on or before the next date of hearing.
Ld. Counsel for accused Tushar Goel submits that the accused
Tushar Goel may be permitted to appear through VC on the next date of
hearing.
Heard. Accused Tushar Goel is allowed to appear through VC
on the next date of hearing.

At this stage, accused Jackson submits that he is loosing vision
in his right eye and he is not being provided proper treatment.
Jail Superintendent concerned is directed to get the accused
Jackson treated properly and furnish a report in this regard on the next date of
hearing. Notice be issued to Jail Superintendent concerned accordingly.
