He submits that additional report from FSL qua the
investigation made at the spot of recovery is yet to be received
and the said report shall be filed as and when, the same is
received from FSL.
In view of the same, let the said further report be
filed on NDOH.
Copy of supplementary charge-sheet containing FSL
report be supplied to both the accused persons.
IO is directed to do the needful.
To come up on date already fixed i.e. 16.07.2026.
