Deputed IO submits that the further investigation qua
accused Ritik Bajaj, Tilak Prasad Sharma is going on and accused
Krishna Choudhary has been declared P.O., supplementary charge-
sheet will be filed against them in due course.
IO further submits that proceedings U/s 84 BNSS have
already been obtained against accused persons Anchit Jain, Mayank
Jain and Pramod Kumar Pandey.
IO has filed supplementary charge-sheet qua FSL
result of the contraband recovered from Ramesh Nagar, Delhi as well
as on some other aspects.
Copy supplied to present all accused persons against
acknowledgment.
Put up for appearance of IO with fresh status report and
for scrutiny of documents on 30.05.2026.
On perusal of record, it is revealed that accused Tushar
Goyal has already moved an application to produce him through
Video Conferencing during further trial. Copy be supplied to IO.

Ld. Special PP for state submits that he does not have
any objection if accused Tushar Goyal is produced through VC till he
is in JC.
On inquiry, accused Tushar Goyal submits that he is
having some Blood Pressure issues and he himself wants to proudce
through VC.
In view of abovesaid facts and circumstances, the
concerned Jail Superintendent is directed to produce accused
Tushar Goyal through VC during further trial of present case till
further orders.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
A copy of this order be sent to the the concerned Jail
Superintendent for compliance and be also given dasti to Ld.
counsel for accused Tushar Goyal.
At this stage, accused Ravinder alongwith Ld. counsel
Sh. Aditya Dhawan and Sh. Tushar Bukkle has appeared. Accused
Ravinder is warned to be careful in future.
Copy of supplementary charge-sheet is supplied to
accused Ravinder against acknowledgement.
Be put up on date fixed i.e. 30.05.2026.
