extension of interim bail of the applicant/ accused for a period of
40 days.
Present: Sh. Akhand Pratap Singh, Ld. Special PP for
state(through VC).
Sh. Sachin Shukla and Sh; Aakash Passi, Ld.
counsels for applicant/ accused.
Applicant/ accused Ritik Bajaj on interim bail.
IO SI Dinesh Kumar in person.
Reply to the present application is filed. Copy
supplied.
As per reply, the medical documents of the wife of
the applicant/ accused could not be verified.
On the request of IO as well as Ld. Special PP for
state, put up for filing of fresh reply by the IO as well as
arguments/ disposal on 08.04.2026. Till then, interim bail of the
applicant/ accused Ritik Bajaj is extended on the same terms and
condition of interim bail order dated 13.03.2026 and the
previous bail bonds are further accepted till NDOH i.e.
08.04.2026. Meanwhile, IO is directed to verify medical
documents of the wife of the applicant/ accused from concerned
hospital and file his report on the NDOH.
Copy of the order be given dasti to the learned
counsel for applicant/ accused as well as IO. Another copy be
sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent for necessary
intimation/ information.
