another matters. He also submis that IO has gone to U.A.E. for
further investigation of the present case qua accused Ritik Bajaj.
Ld. counsels for applicant/ accused have vehemently
opposed the requests stating that the applicant/ accused is
suffering with serious ailments i.e. Hypertension/ Type-II
Diabetes Mellitus/ Dyslipedemia and 07 stents have already been

put in the year 2022 and 2023 respectively in the body of the
applicant/ accused. They further submit that applicant/ accused
has filed the present application for interim bail so that he can get
treatment from the hospital of his choice.
