Afjal met who informed that the case has already been settled
before PLA and they have already deposited Rs.1,07,000/-
and refused to receive the summons.
It is submitted by Sh. Saurabh, Legal Retainer
for the complainant company that the present matter has
already been settled before PLA on 08.10.2023 for a total
sum of Rs.1,55,000/- out of which Rs.1,07,000/- has been
received. Copy of PLA order filed.
