Present: Sh. Jitender Shankar, AR of the complainant
company.
ASI Laxmi Narayan is present.
Report is filed by ASI Laxmi Narayan. It is stated
that notice was sent to the PS Chandni Mahal by SHO PS Darya
Ganj as the address of the alleged accused falls within the
jurisdiction of PS Chandni Mahal. It is reported that accused
Shabnam D/o Irshad were residing at the address given and she
as well as her father have died as per statements of the
neighbours. It is reported that the house is lying closed and no
one is residing there. The SHO concerned was required to take
action on the complaint given to him about a cognizable offence
of theft of electricity expeditiously and not to wait for the
death/shifting of the alleged accused.
Facts be brought into the notice of the office of
Commissioner of Police as the required action has not been taken
by the police on the complaint disclosing cognizable offence
received vide Diary No. 1687 dated 10.02.2023 by the office of
Deputy Comissioner, Central.
