Replication on behalf of the plaintiff filed. Same is taken on record.
Copy of the same has been supplied to Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 2.
Since none has appeared on behalf of the defendant no. 1 since
morning despite repeated calls, therefore, defendant no. 1 is hereby proceeded ex-
parte.
Plaintiff has filed suit for possession against the defendant no. 1,
who is son of the plaintiff and defendant no. 2, who is daughter-in-law (wife of
the defendant no. 1).

It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 2 that because of
unavoidable circumstances, he could not file the written submission in stipulated
time period and has moved an application for condonation of delay to file the
written submission.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has no objection if the WS filed by the
defendant no. 2 is taken on record.
Heard. In view of submissions, the application for condonation of
delay for filing the WS is allowed.
Put up for appearance of defendant no. 2 to explore the possibility of
settlement and arguments on application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 CPC on
20.05.2025.
