Fresh complaint case received by way of assignment. It be
checked and registered.
Present : Sh. Binay Kumar, AR of the complainant company.
The present case pertains to impugned bill dated
05.05.2026, due on 20.05.2026 and print date 20.05.2026, for a sum of
Rs. 89,170/-, raised on the basis of raid conducted on 04.05.2026 by the
officials of complainant company and consequently, the present case
has been filed today i.e. 09.06.2026.
On being enquired, it is submitted by the AR for the
complainant that the present matter has not been settled till today with
the accused and the fact regarding age of the accused has not been
mentioned in the complaint.
Heard. Record perused.
As per section 223(1) proviso (1) BNSS, 2023,
cognizance of the offence can only be taken after giving the accused an
opportunity of being heard.
Accordingly, issue notice to the accused, through SHO
concerned and in addition dasti be given, on filing of PF within seven
days from today, returnable for the next date of hearing. Further, if in
the meanwhile matter has been settled between the parties, then
complainant is directed to intimate regarding the settlement to the court
immediately along with copy of order.
Copy of complaint be also filed along with PF.
Put up for report on the notice on 30.11.2026 and also
parties to disclose the age of the accused.
