Ms. Sadaf, Legal Retainer for the complainant.
Notice issued to the SHO for filing the status report
received back with the report that present matter has already been settled
between both the parties.
Counsel for the complainant company submits that theft bill
in the present case is of Rs. 51,000/- but accused has only paid the part
payment of Rs. 5,000/- and no settlement has been arrived between both
the parties.
Heard. Record perused.
Perusal of the case file I find that on the last date of hearing
AR of the complainant company denied the fact that present matter has
been settled between both the parties but despite that SHO has filed a status
report with this effect that present matter has already been settled between
both the parties without any proof.
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let again
status report be called from the SHO concerned as to whether FIR has been
registered in the present case or not and an explanation be also called from
the SHO concerned as to why he has filed the same report again.
Put up on 01.12.2025.
Copy of this order be sent to the SHO concerned for proper
compliance of the order.
