alongwith DH in person.
Sh. Deepak Arora for himself and also for proprietor
M/s Balak Nath Textiles.
Nazir in compliance of order dated 26.10.2023 has filed
his report stating that the address of the JD does not fall within the
jurisdiction of this Court.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for DH submits that warrants
may be issued for attachment of bank account number of JD bearing
A/c no. 012913023860 maintained with Dena Bank, Subzi Mandi,
Delhi- 110007 stating that the same falls within the jurisdiction of this
Court.
Considering the conduct of the JD who though is
appearing, neither making the payment nor engaging the counsel nor
heeding the request of this Court to approach for assistance of Legal
Aid Counsel and also in view of the submissions made by Ld. Counsel
for the DH, issue warrants of attachment against the said bank account
number of JD as per rules on filing of PF within a week from today.
Put up for further proceedings on 23.01.2024.
A this stage, JD in person submits that he has no means
to engage a private counsel for himself. He is directed to approach Ld.
Secretary, DLSA, Central, THC, Delhi for providing Legal Aid
Counsel as per rules. Copy of this order be given dasti to the JD.
