possession of the suit property i.e. one room situated at ground floor
in property bearing no.6920, Shiv Shakti Mandir, Near Mohalla, Yog
Maaya, Multani Dhandha, Paharganj, New Delhi-55 and as per his
statement, he does not want to proceed further with the present suit.
He prays for withdrawal of the same.

In view of statement made by the plaintiff, the present
suit is dismisses as withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate steps
against the person who is in possession in the suit property.
