Present: Mr. Puru Saroha, Advocate for the applicants/plaintiffs
through Cisco Webex Meetings.
Steps not taken on behalf of the applicants/ plaintiffs for
getting issued notice of the application under sections 151, 152 and 153
of CPC made on behalf of the applicants/plaintiffs against the
defendants.
It is submitted by counsel for the plaintiffs that the plaintiffs
are searching the fresh address of the defendants. It is further submitted
by counsel for the plaintiffs that one more opportunity be granted for
getting issued notice of the application under section 151, 152 and 153
of CPC against the defendants. In the interest of justice at the request
made on behalf of the plaintiffs last opportunity is granted to the
plaintiffs for getting issued notice against the defendants.
On filing fresh address of the defendants supported by the
affidavits of the plaintiffs, PF and postal expenses etc. within five days
by the plaintiffs issue fresh notice of the application under sections 151,
152 and 153 of CPC to the defendants, to be served through speed post
with registration and proof of delivery, returnable on 17.8.2026.
