Present :- Plaintiff in person.
Defendants Md. Munir, son of Safiya and
Aisha are present.
Perusal of the record shows that summons were duly
issued to all the defendants on 26.07.2025.
As per the endorsement made by Ahlmad on the
previous ordersheet, the following defendants have been
served /unserved -
Md. Anis -served through son on 06.08.2025
Md. Zamir – served through daughter in law on 06.08.2025
Md. Munir – served on 06.08.2025
Asgari Begum, Adnan and Sheefa – served on 01.08.2025
Rani, Sahiba, Farhan, Faheem, Anam – unserved on
account of wrong particulars /with the report that no such
person resides at the given address.
LRs of Safiya not served.
Aisha Nasir – served
Mubina – refused to accept summons
Famida – not served
At request, issue fresh summons to unserved
defendants on filing of PF/RC by the plaintiff.
Plaintiff is at liberty to accompany the Process
Server for service upon defendants.
Process Server is directed to take three attempts for
service of summons upon defendant and in case of deliberate
refusal, same be served by way of affixation. Dasti summons as
prayed.

It is reported that the Bar Members are abstaining
from work today.
No adverse order is being passed today.
In view of the “Mediation for Nation” Campaign
launched by NALSA this matter is found to be suitable for
reference to Mediation. Accordingly, it is referred to Mediation
Centre, for possible amicable settlement through mediation.
Parties are directed to appear with their respective
counsel before Mediation Centre on 30.08.2025 and for reporting
before this Court else further proceedings on 16.10.2025.
