Javed Malik @ Jaidev @ Sunny @ Pouva CNR No.: DLCT01-010490-2025 SC No. 478/2025 FIR No. 99/2025 Under Section 221/132/109(1)/121 BNS & 25/27 Arms Act PS : Crime Branch 24.04.2026 This is an application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973/Cr.P.C./Section 483 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/BNSS, seeking interim bail filed on behalf of the accused, namely, Javed Malik @ Jaidev @ Sunny @ Pouva. It is noted that the affidavit, in terms of the decision of Hon’ble Supreme Court in Zeba Khan v. State of U.P., 2026 SCC OnLine SC 188, has been given by Ms. Nandini @ Doli, fiancee of the applicant. It is stated by Ld. Counsel for the applicant that there are no other family members in the family of the applicant, who can depose on his behalf and that considering the urgency of the prayer sought, the affidavit could not be got executed from the applicant in jail. Issue notice of the application to IO to submit reply along with the particulars of previous involvements / antecedents of the applicant as well as the present status of cases / proceedings, if any, pending against him. The reply should further specify the particulars of verification conducted on the documents annexed with the present application. Also issue notice to concerned Jail Superintendent to submit conduct report and nominal roll of the said accused. In the interest of justice, list for reply and arguments on 25.04.2026.
