Despite repeated calls, none is present on behalf of
applicant/accused.
Verification report dated 19.08.2026 was filed
before the Ld. First Link/ASJ-05, Central, Tis Hazari Courts,
Delhi on 24.08.2026, on behalf of Dy. Superintendent, CJ-10,
Rohini, Delhi.
The said verification report was filed in compliance
of order dated 14.08.2026.
As per the said verification report, applicant/accused
was released on interim bail on 29.07.2026 after securing bail in
all his cases and the said accused had to surrender on 12.08.2026.
At this stage, Ld. Addl. PP for the State submits that
the present application seeking extension of interim bail was filed
on 14.08.2026 and as such the present application is infructuous.
Be that as it may, IO has now apprised this Court
that the said applicant/accused stands arrested on 28.07.2026 as
he was found involved in an attempt to robbery case where he
had also used fire arm in case FIR No. 352/26, PS Civil Lines.
In view of the aforesaid scenario wherein the present
application was filed on 14.08.2026, after lapse of the date of

i.e. 12.08.2026 and also since the aforesaid
applicant/accused stands arrested in a separate FIR, the present
application is
dismissed as being infructuous.
The present application seeking extension of interim
bail of the accused, namely, Javed Malik @ Jaidev @ Sunny @
Pouva is
disposed off.
