Reply to bail application as well as nominal roll of the accused, namely, Javed Malik @ Jaidev @ Sunny @ Pouva have been filed by/received from IO and Jail Superintendent, CJ-010, Rohini, New Delhi respectively. Copies thereof are supplied to Ld. Counsel for the accused. As per the reply filed by the IO, it is noted that the same records that upon verification, it was determined from one person, namely, Prince, managing the Arya Samaj Mandir that though the family of the applicant/accused visited the said institution, however, they were refused booking as marriage related to Hindu ceremonies alone could be solemnized in the said institution. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant desires to convert his religion before solemnizing marriage with Ms. Nandini. Ld. Counsel has, however, conceded that there is no receipt of booking with Arya Samaj Marriage Trust, 20-CSC-5, DDA Market, Sec. 14, Rohini, Delhi for the proposed marriage ceremony on 26.04.2026. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the applicant has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application and that he would move an appropriate application at Contd..2/- -- 1 of 2 -- ..2.. relevant stage. Separate statement of Ld. Counsel for the applicant/accused is recorded in regard. In view of the foregoing, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn.
