Request for exemption is made by/on behalf of PW W/HC Poonam on medical grounds. For the reasons stated therein, the exemption is allowed for today only. PW W /HC Seema is not present. PW Mukesh and ASI Ravinder Kumar are present. Further, despite directions, no steps appear to have been taken either by the IO or SHO regarding the FSL report in the present case. Needless to mention, no report from FSL, Rohini is forthcoming. The matter is passed-over as the accused has not been produced from judicial custody. Narender Pal Singh is present. Contd./-----2 -- 1 of 2 -- - 2 - PW-2 ASI Ravinder Kumar and PW-3 Mukesh have been examined, cross-examined and discharged. PW W/HC Seema is not present. At this stage, request for exemption is made by / on behalf of PW W/HC Seema on the ground that she is on CCL. For the reasons stated therein, the exemption is allowed for today only. The SHO is neither present despite notice nor has any report been filed regarding the status of FSL report. Upon being inquired from the IO, he has submitted that he has since retired and that he is not aware whether any follow-up was made from the concerned officials at FSL, Rohini in terms of the last order. Issue notice to the Director, FSL, Rohini to expedite the examination of case exhibits and file status of FSL report on the next date of hearing. SHO is further directed to co- ordinate with the concerned official at FSL, Rohini, in respect to the aforesaid. A copy of this order be marked to the concerned SHO for compliance. Further, issue bailable warrants in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- against SHO concerned returnable on the next date of hearing. In the interest of justice, list for PE on 25.05.2026. PW W /HC Poonam (at Sl. No. 5); PW HC Amit (at Sl. No. 08); PW HC Naveen (at Sl. No. 09) and PW HC Momin Khan (at Sl. No. 13) along with the concerned IO be summoned for next date of hearing.
