This is an application under Section 439 of Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973/Cr.P.C./Section 483 Bharatiya
Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023/BNSS, seeking interim bail filed
on behalf of the accused, namely, Javed Malik
Present : Mr. Amit Dabas, Ld. Addl. PP for the State.
Mr. Ali Mehdi, Ld. Proxy counsel for Mr. Vineet
Jain, Ld. Counsel for the accused, namely, Javed
Malik.
Issue notice of the application to IO to submit reply
along with the particulars of previous involvements / antecedents
of the applicant as well as the present status of cases /
proceedings, if any, pending against him. The reply should
further specify the particulars of the family members of the
applicant / accused as well as the verification conducted on the
documents annexed with the present application.
Also issue notice to concerned Jail Superintendent to
submit conduct report and nominal roll of the said accused.
In the interest of justice, list for reply and arguments
on the date already fixed i.e. 26.12.2025.
