Present: Decree holder in person.
None for JD.
Report of Civil Nazir perused.
At this stage, the DH submits that no amount has been
received by him towards satisfaction of the decree and that the
decretal amount, as awarded in his favour under the judgment and
decree dated 30.04.2026 continues to remain outstanding and unpaid.
IAccordingly, the DH prays for the issuance of warrants
of attachment against the movable assets of the JD for realization and
recovery of the outstanding decretal amount together with all
consequential dues, in accordance with the judgment and decree
dated 30.04.2026.
Heard. Record perused.
In view of the submissions made on behalf of the DH
and accordingly, in order to facilitate realization of the decretal
amount, warrants of attachment of the movable properties of the JD
are directed to be issued in terms of the judgment and decree dated
30.04.2026, subject to filing PF within one week from tomorrow.
The DH shall also file a list of the movable properties
of the JD proposed to be attached, if the same has not already been
filed on record.
The DH is further directed to file an affidavit
affirming that, no appeal, stay order or any other proceeding

operating against the execution of the judgment and decree dated
30.04.2026 is pending before any competent Court.
Matter be listed before the Ld. ACJ for appointment of
Bailiff on 28.07.2026 and before this court on 08.09.2026.
