Pursuant to the order passed on the last date of
hearing, Ld. Counsel for the revisionist has placed on record,
synopsis of list of dates and events and order dated 07.02.2024
of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in Co. PET. 36/2013 titled
RE-M/S CATMOSS RETAIL PVT. LTD. dated 07.02.2024
wherein the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi had inter alia directed
as “all complaints under Section 138 of the NI Act instituted
against the corporate debtor and its directors after the company
has been ordered to be wound up vide order dated 28.02.2013,
shall not be continued and shall remain in abeyance.”.
Ld. Counsel for respondent No. 2 has filed written
submissions on the present petition. Copy thereof is supplied to
Ld. Counsel for the revisionist.
It is submitted by the respondent No. 2 that he
would peruse the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and
address his arguments on the present petition.
In the interest of justice, list for further proceedings
on 08.04.2024.
TCR be sent back and the same be requisitioned
two days prior to the next date of hearing.
