for the appellant.
Nazir had pointed out to certain discrepancies in the appeal
filed before the Court and submitted that page no. 26 and 54 are not the
same as was e-filed and has placed on record copy of page no. 26 as e-
filed for illustration. Ld. Counsel for appellant submits that he has copy
of those pages and is ready to file the same after putting his signatures
on the same. He has signed on copy of page no. 26 as was e-filed with
his signature on the same, the print out of which was taken by Nazir.
It is submitted by Ld. Counsel for the appellant that after
dismissal of the objections, already warrants of possession has been
issued in the execution petition and hence there is urgency in the matter
for ad-interim stay in the matter. In view of the submissions made,
execution proceedings is stayed till next date of hearing. Applicant is
directed to maintain status quo and not to act in any manner prejudicial
to the interest of DH qua the suit property in question.
Notice of the appeal be issued to the opposite side on PF /
RC, returnable on 15.07.2026.
At request, copy of this order be given dasti.
