taken on record.
Service in the present matter has not been effected upon respondent
no 2 & 3. Appellant is directed to take steps for the service of respondent no 2 &
3 on filing of PF/speed post.
It is submitted by the counsel for the appellant that the appellant has
expired on 12.07.2026.
It is submitted by Ld counsel for the appellant that appropriate
application would be filed seeking impleadment of the LRs of the deceased
appellant.
Ld counsel for the respondent no 1 submits that he would be filing
reply to the presetn appeal within 2 weeks from today. Let the same be supplied
to the opposite side.
TCR has not been received and a report has been furnished that the
TCR is not tracable. Let the same be traced and produced on or before NDOH.
In case, the TCR is not traced before the NDOH, let the matter be reported to the
Hon’ble Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge (HQ), Central District, Tis
Hazari Courts, Delhi for taking appropriate action in accordance with law.
Ld Counsel for respondent no 1 has assured hte court that he would
not press his execution petition till the NDOH.
