Fresh revision petition u/s 397 of the Cr.P.C. R/w Section 399
and 401 of the Cr.P.C.(which are in parimateria with Section 438/439/440/441
of the BNSS) for setting aside the orders dated 29.06.2024 and 04.07.2024
passed by the ld. Trial court. It be checked and registered.
The present revision petition is accompanied by an application
for stay of the proceedings till the pendency of the present revision petition.
Keeping in view the ground as contained in the said application,
the operation orders dated 04.07.2024 and the orders dated 29.06.2024 shall
remain stayed till the next date.
Issue notice of the present revision petition to the respondents on
filing of PF/RC, speed post and approved courier service by the revisionist for
the next date.
