All accused persons are present in person except accused persons
namely Ibrahim @ Raju and Rajnish Sharma.
Accused namely Ibrahi @ Raju not produced from JC (on bail
in this case and presently lodge in Faridabad Jail).
Accused namely Rajneesh Sharma is absent.
Sh. Ratnadeep Rana and Sh. Aditya Jha, Ld. Counsels for
accused namely Jaiprakash.
Sh. Sandeep Satyarthy, Ld. Counsel for accused namely Nikhil
@ Gunnu.
Sh. Vikram Singh, Ld. Counsel for accused namely Sunny
alongwith accused namely Sunny.
IO is absent.
Ld. Counsel for accused namely Ibrahim @ Raju has apprised
the Court that the accused namely Ibrahim @ Raju has since been released
from custody and that he has to appear in some other matter/case before
Faridabad Court and therefore, the said accused is absent today.
Accordingly, he is filing exemption application. For the reasons
mentioned in the application filed on behalf of accused namely Ibrahim @
Raju, the request seeking exemption from his personal appearance stands
allowed for today.
At this stage, some of the accused persons submits that they are
yet to receive the copy of supplementary chargesheet, which was filed on on
last date of hearing. Accordingly, let copy of supplementary
challan/chargesheet which was filled on last date of hearing be suppling
to accused persons, in case, the same is yet to be supplied.

Let IO be summoned afresh through SHO concerned for next
date of hearing.
Despite repeated calls, no one has appeared on behalf of accused
namely Rajneesh Sharma.
Perusal of record reveals that on last date of hearing also, the said
accused namely Rajneesh Sharma was absent.
In these circumstances, let fresh Bailable Warrants in the
sum of Rs.5000/- be issued against the accused namely Rajeneesh
Sharma, to be executed through IO concerned for next date of hearing.
To come up for appearance of the IO/further proceedings on
03.11.2026.
