At this stage, IO SI Krishna Kumar has appeared. He
is warned to be careful in future as on the LDOH, he was absent
and B/Ws were ordered to be issued against him.
IO has placed on record additional copy of charge-
sheet to be supplied to accused Ibrahim.
At this stage, IO submits that though, accused

Ibrahim has been admitted to bail in this case but he is in JC in
Gurugram Jail.
In view of above, issue production warrants against
accused Ibrahim with remarks that he is on bail in this case,
returnable on the NDOH.
Fresh vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of
accused Kapil.
IO submits that the samples have been sent to FSL,
Chandigarh from FSL, Rohini and result is still awaited.
Surety Saroj for accused Jai Prakash has appeared
and he has shown his solvency proof i.e. RC. RC is returned to
the surety and he is directed not to dispose of vehicle in question
without prior permission of the Court.
Issue fresh notice to IO to appear in person with
report regarding further investigation and filing supplementary
charge-sheet, returnable on 24.03.2026.
